STUDENT PRE-REGRISTRATION

Registration is open for new students for the 2025-2026 school year  at Hampton Public School for preschool through Grade 5. New students for the current 2024-2025 school year may also use this pre-registration form.

Please note: existing preschool students need not re-register if either moving to a second year in preschool or to kindergarten.

Please note the eligibility requirements below:   

Eligibility

  • Kindergarten registrants must be 5 years of age prior to October 1, 2025;         
  • Preschool registrants must be 3 or 4 years of age and not older than 5 years of age prior to Oct. 1, 2025;
  • Child must be a resident of Hampton Borough
  • Preschool students do NOT need to be potty trained.
  • Kindergarten students must be potty trained.

PRE-REGISTRATON STEPS

STEP 1: IDENTIFY YOUR SCHOOL

Hampton students in grades Preschool through Grade 5 attend Hampton Public School.

Hampton Borough contacts with Lebanon Township for our Middle School.

Students in Grades 6-8 attendin Woodglen Middle School.

STEP 2: COMPLETE PRE-REGISTRATION FORM  for each student you are enrolling into the Hampton Borough School District.  Use   this link   to pre-register.  Once you have pre-registerd and uploaded your documents, please contact the Main Office to set up your site visit.

STEP 3: REFER TO THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS NEEDED TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION.

STEP 4: PRODUCE/UPLOAD REQUIRED DOCUMENTS 

Once pre-registration is submited, you will receive an email from 'donotreply@hamptonpublicschool.org' with the subject 'HAMPTON PUBLIC SCHOOL - DOCUMENT REQUEST".  To compete the registration process please upload your documents via the links in the email. 

If you would prefer not to upload your documents, please bring them with you to your appointment.

STUDENTS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED ENROLLED UNTIL ALL DOCUMENTS AND MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS HAVE BEEN FURNISHED.

**You will still need to make an appointment to produce the original birth certificate.**

Required documents: documents are required prior to the student starting school.

You may upload a copy of the birth certificate  but must still produce the original in person  OR you may produce the original at the Main Office and we will make a copy instead of uploading a copy.

  • Up-to-date Immunization records, including Hepatitis B and flu vaccines (from physician)
  • Universal Child Health Form  (completed by physician) - Physicals must have been completed within 1 year prior to the student's first day of enrollment.
  • Health History 
  • Residency Affidavit (s)- (original must be provided at your site visit)
  • Proof of Residency - two of the following:
    • MUST - Copy of current lease agreement or deed
      • Affidavit of Landlord if no written lease
    • Tax Bill
    • Mortgage Bill
    • Utility Bill

AFTERCARE

An aftercare program is available for students via Work Family Connection.  Information may be found  here

PARENT PORTAL

You will receive a letter with a temporary username and password to the Real Time Parent Portal.  After your initial login, you may change your username and password.  The Parent Portal allows you to update contact information, pickup/medical contacts, view report cards, progress reports, view your child's
