Nurse's Office and Student Health

Dear Hampton Public School Families,

During this difficult and challenging time our District is working hard to keep our students safe, healthy and ready to learn. We are actively collaborating, cooperating, and consulting with our school staff, parents and health department.

Whether virtual or in person, your school nurse is staying connected and responsive to the needs of our school community. We are aware that parents are facing some challenges as this health crisis continues, but please know that I am here for you.

Please continue to let me know if your child experiences medical issues, whether COVID-19 related or other signs of illness. Continue to reinforce preventative strategies such as, social distancing recommendations, wearing face masks and frequent hand washing. Also, do not forget to complete and submit the daily morning Online COVID-19 Student Questionnaire health screening for your child. Together we will promote the health and safety of our students and communities as we navigate these uncharted waters.

Illness/Injury: A school nurse will assist with illness, injuries, or health related issues. In the case of serious injury or illness, the parents/guardians will be notified. Please update the school if emergency contact information changes during the school year.
